1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services and products of the baji 8 platform. In this document, "we", "us", or "platform" refers to baji 8, and "user", "you", or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

By accessing services through the baji 8 website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between baji 8 and the user.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration

An active personal account is required to use services on baji 8. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all such accounts will be closed and any funds held in them may be forfeited. This policy is maintained to prevent fraud and ensure fair play.

2.2 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Sharing or giving your password to anyone else is strictly prohibited. Any activity carried out from your account will be treated as activity authorised by you. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

baji 8 may request documents to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. Failure to provide a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-recognised identity document may result in the temporary suspension of the account. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the verification process is complete.

3 Age and Eligibility

All casino and betting activities on baji 8 are for users aged 21 and above. Registration and use of any financial services on the platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

If it is established during age verification that a user registered while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately. All funds held in the account will be forfeited and no winnings will be paid.

Additionally, this platform is not available to persons who are legally ineligible to participate in online gaming or betting. Users must confirm for themselves that participation in such activities is lawful in their location.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on baji 8 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Only these methods are supported on the platform.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same rule applies for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the name of the registered account holder.
• Use of third-party accounts or payment methods is not permitted.
• After a deposit, the balance is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification (KYC) is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus must be claimed within the specified time limit.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• A bonus may only be usable on specified games or sections.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds are never direct cash — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• baji 8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns or bonus abuse are detected.

6 Betting Rules

By placing a bet on baji 8, you agree to comply with the betting rules described here. All betting activities are governed by the principles of fairness and transparency.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

If a technical issue occurs during the processing of a bet, that bet may be cancelled and the original stake will be returned. For bets placed after an event has started, the platform's decision is final.

6.2 Betting Policy

• Bets on incomplete events will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet is generally voided and the original stake is returned.
• In the case of walkovers, abandoned matches, or rescheduled events, the rules of the relevant sport will be followed.
• baji 8 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Cheating, use of match-fixing information, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, use of bots or automated software, and any other form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Responsible Gaming

baji 8 believes that safe and controlled gaming ensures a positive experience for everyone. For this reason, we strictly follow our Responsible Gaming Policy and encourage members to set their own limits.

7.1 Setting Personal Limits

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Betting limits: limits can be placed on individual bets or total betting amount.
• Session limits: automatic logout after a set period of time is available.
• Self-exclusion: the option to suspend your account for a specified period is available.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

baji 8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice for any of the reasons listed below:

• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Abusive behaviour towards platform staff.
• Violation of any clause of these Terms.

In the event of account closure, a decision on returning any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be made after verification is completed.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact our support team. Processing an account closure request may take some time, during which the necessary verification will be completed.

• User device failure or browser issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment gateways.

11 Changes to Terms
